Yes. The Starter plan is absolutely free with no time limit. You get 5 email accounts (work emails only), 100 emails per month, lead management, open/click tracking, drip sequences, email templates, and dashboard analytics. No credit card required. Your emails are sent through your own SMTP, so your reputation stays under your control.
Can I use my own SMTP relay? ▼
Yes — and you should. Connect any SMTP provider (Gmail, Outlook, Zoho, Titan, or your own mail server). Your emails are delivered through your own infrastructure, meaning your IP reputation stays completely under your control. We never send on your behalf from our own IPs.
What is the Refund Policy? ▼
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. Dedicated infrastructure resources are provisioned immediately upon payment, and hard costs are incurred instantly.
What if I need to send more than 5,000 emails/month? ▼
The Pro plan covers up to 5,000 emails/month. For higher volumes, our Enterprise tier offers custom plans with dedicated infrastructure, priority support, and SLAs. Book a consultation to discuss your needs.
Is my data secure? Are my leads safe? ▼
Yes. Every user gets their own isolated database. SMTP passwords are AES-256 encrypted at rest. All traffic is HTTPS. We follow GDPR/CCPA standards, and you can export or delete your data at any time via your Account Settings.
